Worked with a startup creating a social communications application used by the US Department of Defense and other major secure organizations. The primary tool featured many standard social aspects such as an information feed and messenger capabilities with sensitivity of data and attention to strict security measures.

Defined a design practice where there was none, including partnering in research with product leadership to define and scope features.

Initiated Figma design system and component libraries with design tokens.

Led redesign of legacy product, best practices, standards & principles.

End-to-end design of risk management tools (with leadership approval portal) for assessment of pilot health, weather, aircraft, and environment before US Air Force student pilots may take flight.

Created brand, identity, and design patterns for several new verticals and features in addition to the overall original product.
